By accessing and using ShortsSpark ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

ShortsSpark provides AI-generated viral short-form script, thumbnail copy, 3-second hook, Pexels video search keyword, and Midjourney image prompt generation services for content creators.

3. Credits and Billing

The Service offers 3 free trial generations per device/IP and credit pack purchases ($4.99 for 50 credits). Each script generation deducts 1 credit.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

100% of the commercial ownership and rights to any script, thumbnail copy, hook, or visual prompt generated using your credits belong strictly to you. You are free to edit, publish, monetize, and distribute the content on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or any other platform.
